Hats off to IBQ.They have reduced my loan EMI
I would like to express my sincere thanks to IBQ Bank where I have taken my car loan...They have implemented the new interest rate rule to my EMI. It is highly appreciated that they have implemented the new rule quickly, I believe that it is quickly implemented compare to other banks....Is it correct?
Anyone got the benefit of the new interest rate rule?
I am proud that I have choosen the right bank.
Regards,
srry rule...
actually bennysps what is the new eule on CAR LOAN?
Not joking I really want to know...
Its nice to hear IBQ already implemented the new rule... thanks for the share..
I am well aware of how things work.... and unfortunately, unlike it would seem you did, I didn't have funds to buy a car, and had to take one on loan from the bank.
If the banks worked on a case by case situation, things like this wouldn't be an issue.. instead, after 5 years, and a good credit rating, its is assumed, like others may have, I will run off with their money....
I still need my car in Qatar, am going to a higher paying job and would like to continue to pay my car off, and finish it next year like planned....
Lucky you that you didn't need credit.... I did not have that option, but I needed a car....
Xena.. You may be a good customer but not all. If you hold any credit, including credit card, the bank freeze the account once you resign. This is normal and no need to get upset on that since its bank's money with you. You have the option of not taking any credit and there will be no freeze. When I resigned last time there were no freeze since I was not having any credit facility from the bank.
neither do I... but the trouble I am having trying to live after having my accounts frozen is beyond a joke...
and I resigned to move to a new company and sponsorship.... I am not even leaving the country.... Even with all the required paperwork, they won't unfreeze my accounts....
Don't issues statments like 'So, I dont have any worry about the things that you have highlighted to me....I never run away from my obligations',
because when it happens, you will understand what I am going through right now....
I have already repaid a QR50k loan in full more than 1 year ago.... been a good customer, never missing a payment... and then to be treated like a criminal is not pleasant....
extreme123....I want to make you clear that I am not a IBQ employee....Since everyone misunderstood me, please can you advise me how to remove/delete this forum which I have created?
To QatarKiwi,
Thanks for the comment. I am fully aware of the rules of loan, credit cards...So, I dont have any worry about the things that you have highlighted to me....I never run away from my obligations.
Thanks gents for the comments
I think what Xena was referring to is be a good boy scout and be prepared.
Once you resign your bank will be informed by your employer and then the hell begins... Make sure you have closed your credit card and taken some money out before you resign. Everything will be frozen. There is also a catch 22 situation if you have a months notice to leave, the bank will not let you close your account and transfer funds until 45 days to ensure any outstanding charges on your credit card is cleared. You have a two week no-mans land
nice strategy for Marketing campaign...
Xena...what you are trying to say?
wait till you resign one day.... the shock of things is still to come....
