better to stay away or leave him/her for a while, then come back after everything is cool and you can both talk it out civilly whatever is the reason for that anger.... ;)

I believe that you should listen to the person fully what he or she has to say, even if the person is screaming or shouting.... You have to be in control and be a good listener and observer. Once he/she has done with it.... if possible ask the person to relax and make them sit confortably. Your role starts now...Revisit what has been told and analyse the actual issue. Probably you may require a paradigm shift to fully understand the problem and come up with a resolution which is benificial for that person. There is no point yelling or shouting at an angry person. In other words, do not hit your head against the hard rock... stay cool :)

a wide smile and a simple shrug off...let him burst in anger, it's his blood pressure that would rise up, not yours...life is too short to get angry...lol..

Cogito...ergo, sum.....

as it is not usually directed at you personally. Remember that there is a whole life behind all that anger and just be patient. You don't have to like them or go out of your way to kowtow, just deal with what you can and leave the anger with the person, don't bring it along with you.

If you can find a way to make the situation more positive, that's great, but don't think you can make an angry person happy-sometimes the fire just needs to burn out-don't be tinder.

An angry person is deaf, and will not listen to anything or to anyone but to himself. Stop, and listen, let it pass, and when she/he is done shouting or screaming, then ask a permission to talk and explain...if you want to get nice then make the most win- win explaination, but if you dont want to be nice, just turn your back and go...

first ,let them sound off and calm down before you try to deal with the situation

2.In the face of anger, your "fight or flight" so dont Try to shout back or to burst into tears.

3.Stay calm, count to 10 (or 20) take deep breaths and stay in control

4.Listen carefully and try to really understand what's causing the problem

dont let angry ppl get the best of you
