Ladies gym Najma/Airport/Mall

I am looking for a reasonably priced gym for ladies (or mixed but not overrun with men) in the above area. I work close to the Mall and live in Najma. Since driving anywhere after work is a headache i really don't want to be driving around for the gym after work. My will power is depleting with time and i know i just wont bother if its too much of a hassle to get there. Any ideas?

now you have...fareej gym at najma...but i guess too much men there check it out....i can get you cheap price for fitness first gym....but it is too far for you i guess,it's at city center & it's UK based gym....
