Love Letter?

Thank you all for your comments. I do not live in Qatar that is why it is difficult for me to get this information of his office adresse. I will try to send him and the rest is in Gods hands... I am sure and I hope that people in his office are serious and that they will give him the letter. I think that he gets letters all the time. :-)

I am sure if you mention his name it will reach him and persons below will not open it unless he tell them to open..of course they will do scanning as security measures...if you are writing in english..please make a note in arabic it is written with good will.

the emir has done a great deal of good for qatar

they wont consider it as letter other than throwing it somewhere like empty paper from stranger. but no harm in trying.

I wonder if the people below the emir who will receive ur leter will waste their time giving it to emir...
