Need information for Girl Scout Troop

I am a Girl Scout Leader in the United States that is looking for information about Girl Scouts in Qatar, as well as a food recipe that is easily made for 180 people. Every year Girl Scouts have a Thinking Day in which the girls learn about other countries and share their new knowledge with other troops. My troop chose Qatar and I am having a hard time finding a food to cook for this event. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Rice with saffron. Chicken cooked on the grill on top of rice. Flat bread/pita bread with hummus.

Might want to try www.expatwomanqatar.com and ask about a troop here. I've never seen anything about one.
