Hey Talented Youngsters we would like to inform you that there is A Concert been Held here in Qatar and we are planning to give 3 Good Bands the Opportunity to perform at the Particular Occasion. The date / place are not to be disclosed as yet. But it would be something Like Desert Rocks but would change depending on the Theme of the particular Night. This is something all you guys have been waiting for and I hope you will not miss this Opportunity. As I have mentioned just 3 selected bands will be performing but we will try to make a small slot for the rest of you but its not Confirmed. if it is entitled Desert Rock, then this will be Rock n Roll. We have some gigs already. The recent one is in Dukhan Regatta Club awarding night back to back with Doha Jazz Group Band. Anyway I have a band who plays variety type of music mostly danceable eg. Shakira, Lady Gaga, 80's disco and some rock n roll songs like Santana. Give us a ring
we play acoustic variety - from pop to jazz to alternative to rock and to mellow...we are interested.
I am an ardent music lover, and live music is something I never tire of.
We're probably going to be moving to Doha, and i wanted to know how good the live music scene tere is...? Especially considering that there aren't any bars outside hotels, I was concerned that the scene may be quite dismal.
Or am I wrong? (I hope so!)
