Good leaders make great teams!

Whats your opinion about Saudi Arabia? Over stringent laws made life extremely difficult, generalisation is not good.

One way it is good for faster and better implementation. Once a policy is taken then it comes into force immediately. No questions asked. No parliament to debate, no delays, no arguments. It all is dependent on who is in power. Good people can change the face of the country and lives of people very very fast.

The flip side is exactly opposite. Great harm can be caused by wrong decisions and policies and that the power to rule is concentrated in very few hands

It is basically authoritatism. Chose from what you want and implement. Policy can change at a whim, rules can be

brought in and done away too. In one way it is good if the right people are holding the ropes.

I guess Qatar is free to do what it wants for the betterment without being enslaved to both ideals of capitalism or socialism which have many failed too many and benefitted too few.

Blessed are the those who are cracked for they are the ones who let light in

That is why we have so many 'Enlightened' ones today

Victory U may be rite ,But If we consider An example with the payscale of skilled & Unskilled Employee here

The Difference will be 200-250% , in socialism

But it will be not the case with Capitalism

So Qatar is following somewhat socialism
