q-biker... welcome to the GCC. Discipline is enforced. Have you ever traveled by Dubai Metro recently? Even a year after its launch, the trains are awesome, the stations are amazing and the fare is unbelievable!!!!
...for the traffic chaos, once it is completed and working and is well maintained. The latter requires discipline of the passengers. I see some difficulties here and do not want to go in detail.
But first the construction activities may add to the traffic chaos. 2014 is said to be the peak!
For sure we will experience amazing ...

This is a very old plan which was put on hold and now after the WC 2022 announcement, revived. Not all to be built as shown in this plan!
Expect major chaos in Doha during the construction of this ambitious project!
