ql is far better than fb...ql is usefull to many and in my opinion fb wasting time for many.....no headahes and there is moderators they don allow people to go over limit...but should be more flexible also..

How can you compare the two? QL has virtual friends, although some are lucky enough to make it to our real friends list on FB....

FB and QL both are different in many ways as already said by other QL'ers...The biggest difference what I believe is that your identity is hidden here on QL while on FB all your friends know u (except someone adds strangers)...

CL- Why don't u tell us what's your FB ID as many girls on QL are using FB :P and BTW when u have girlfriend why u r always flirting with other girls ?? Its definitely not a good thing to do..

QL is better but FB help me for find our old friends and calss mates some time Fb very helpfull for give commen messages and wishes.........

QL is good and very helpful and useful for qatar living. QL and FB is Diffrent, FB is better than QL for World wide community. but QL is better for qatar living.

Masrejiiii......i am not comparing Fb with Ql literally....just wanna say that being here in Qatar, Ql helps us to discuss issues within us and have a pool of friends here in the same atmosphere, not like discussing bans in US and status in UK

most of QL ppl are virtual whereas FB has a real ppl

QL no chatting feature, FB has

QL is under supervision of MOD, FB is not

but overall i like QL more than FB

PROS:

- not limited to people who are living in Qatar only

- they keep you in the loop with what's happening with family and friends

- shows the real identity of your friends (or even other people that just simply added you there.)

- you put a face on people who are bashing your post

- it's your virtual photo album and virtual diary

CONS:

- I CANNOT USE IT BECAUSE I HAVE MY BOSS' ON MY FRIENDS LIST! DUHHH! Lol

-Prone to gossip and rumors
