on a side note about headaches - hope you do not have migraine - besides physical reasons, it is mainly due to our lifestyle. sittng between 4 walls and having all the noice around us, let aside our excess usage of computer and watching tv. our eyes are not relaxing by looking at the horizons, our ears are always buzzed by the noice whether we notice it or no. sometimes I feel surprised when the power goes off and the silence we experience for few minutes or hours is amazing. This is modern life and we have to pay its tax.
Actually, yes garlic helps. When you have it at home, you feel confident and assured that Dracula will not pay you a visit. Hence you will not feel tense and your blood pressure will not go up:)
