There's just so much segregation in Qatar. Jobs for Filipinos only, housing for Indians -Kerela families or Bachelors. All this separation is building a strong grounds for Racism... All humans are equal.
These things happens everywhere, there will always be preference. The simple truth is just that some nationalities have been so much messed up here in Qatar. Nowhere can ever be like home.
As long as we have nationalism legal in the world we could not get rid of such segregation..There are some place where people are tasked based..they don't care who you are as long you finish your task or meet their task's requirements and there are some places where people prefer relationship.. both has pros and cons though.. any way Jobs for Filipinos only is not cuz of racism it may be cuz of visa availability etc

We need results in our work not filling the same nationalities in our companies or keeping the same brothers where we leave. If u are been rescue from an accident u don't determine the kind of rescuer u needed

There are definitely some racist people but majority are not, It is important to counteract racism whenever we find it.
There is no equality in nature. This is why we are made of different race, religion, culture, etc.
