remittance rates to uk bank account

anyone else noticed QNB's rates for remittance to UK bank accounts are better than that offered by UAE Exchange? Just checked online at QNB and calling UAE Exchange. With respect to the rates published on QNB's website at http://www.qnb.com.qa/qnb/enexchangeRate/exchangeRates.jsp?name=normal can anyone who banks at QNB confirm that these are the actual rates you get when you transfer? thanks, thebhoy
