thrash i been having the same problem since i got here. since then ive been looking for a decent wave to ride but still no joy. so i might aswell try skimboarding here. where in wakra do you skimm guys? thanks

Skimboarding is cool, but I'm from Southern California so it'd be better if there were waves here to go surfing.

I just ordered one online, a zap wedge for QR580. Do they have the zap wedge there at Go Sports?? :( Also surf wax?

But flatland is for pros because they can do tricks and stuff. I reckon you and your friends are pros.

How about Sealine, they have good waves there. Sometimes in the afternoon.

ah ok...there's a shop in villagio that sells skimboards:) its Go Sports...i bought mine for 180QR only:) i also have a spare that i made out of 1/2 plywood and fiberglass. my friends and i skims at al wakrah beach, the spot there is fine for flat water skimming:) but if you're looking for waves, there's none:)hihihi

Where can I get a good board in Qatar? And where can you skimboard? The beaches aren't that nice for skimboarding.
