Staring at other people is rude right? Some people just don't have the idea that staring at other people is just plain irritating to the one being stared at, be it a guy or gal.

snessy...true, not all women spend a long time getting ready before going out...cos they are intelligent enough to understand that its not going to make a difference even if they get buried in the make-up..
khattak, first of all i have never been to any places in DOHA without my hubby in my 4yrs of staying in DOHA..And yes,i don't need make up to look gud..Those who know me have said i look much better without make ups..GOT IT?? ooopsss, i m praising myself..lolzzzzzzzzz..but this is what i m..I hope u understood now..

Some medical write up somewhere conclude that men staring at women breast once a day reduce chance of having a heart attack. Funny hah
ladies take hours to deck up before going out and hope people would notice them..
so, its strange why they feel uncomfortable if they are started at...
moreover,if they find they are not being stared at by guys..they think something is wrong with their looks..maybe they have grown old and are no more attractive..!!

I totally agree! In the UK, people find it rude to stare and don't generally do it. Whereas here, people don't look away when they realise you have noticed!
