Ok so I was using my BBC app and there was an article about the whole Mayan calendar and how people actually that the world would actually end. The article is called "Mayan day of apocalypse marked".

So out of curiosity here in QL how many people actually believed it or in Qatar generally?

I can give u one good reason away from religion why I was truly not worried

Although it's officially 2012, the actual year is based on estimation of +/-21 years!!! Which means that we dunno for sure that it's now 2012 or not, and we could be anywhere from 1991 to 2033 now and not even know it!!!! That's a trip ain't it???

When a calender ends it doesnt mean the world will end... in that effect our world ends every year on 31st December.

People will believeanything..

They believed that man landed on the moon

They believed that Elvis had died

They believed that Area 51 does not exist

Do I need to go on..

@Ra7mat that is true that everyone does die eventually, but some people are doing very crazy things for today.

@Prince_vancouver honestly the fact that you were very confident that your going to Heaven and not Hell, means your like a saint.

I slept in peace last night, don't scratch my back also. Got up morning n I don't even think about it. Everyone has to die sum day. No one can live longer. Let's say 200 years or 2000 years, still der will be an end. Wat really matters is that if uve been good or bad in all dez ages or not.
