..against a medical practitioner in al ahli

Ive been thinking twice to place a complain in Al ahli for the service she had given to me and my husband.I wonder where will my complain go as i dont have enough knowledge in terms of customer service in that hospital.

at panka:im aware of that, but what im talking about here was my experience with her, i dont care with others who liked her.

at pajkajdheer:my husband is still under her care she hasnt finish the job she has started yet that is why my husband still has to go there.she's a dentist.i also planned to go to another dentist to redo all the things she did on my mouth as i dont want to go back in that clinic and see her again.although i commend her for being clean when she did my rootcanal and other stuff on my mouth,it is just that her professionalism and respect for patients was questionable.

check with the HR, they might have customer/patient feed back form,

written complaint is better than a verbal one over the phone

You should have done it on the same day you were disrespected. When people are in the position to provide service to customers they should not be allowed to get away with being rude, if they want to be rude to customers they should stay away from such kind of jobs.

customer service here is very very poor... banks, hospital, supermarket, mall etc...

I am just shouting them back , to get even :)...and pointing out my fingers to their faces lolz

"warning"letters from the company you are working with for me, is something you have to take care of,for the reason that the company can use it to fire someone. especially if the complains files up! that is why i wont get this away, this is also a way of making someone a better employee.just my POV!
