The ice in the drinks was poisoned. Since the second man drank quickly the ice didn't have time to melt and
he wasn't affected. The first man's ice had time to melt, so by the
time he finished his drink he was poisoned.

The poison was in the ice cubes. The man wh drank fast didn't allow the ice to melt into his drink and therefore missed the poison.
second man is still missing and cannot cofirm as dead till they find him. :)

They both took same cups with poison in each of it...same quantity, same type. Second one was not taken to hospital, neither had any medical help.
