Religion - is A WAY OF LIFE!

Choose and pursue the one which helps you spend a correct life by all means and guides you on the right path.

Try to study the basis of the religion and the truthfulness, and the success of life in here, and here-after.

Actually, all of them teach us the same - HUMANITY! i.e. to be true humans in life!!

Dude no one has the right to pick a relegion for u. If u want, do a research and choose which ever makes you feel better and complete. Do not listen to anyone, in the matter of relegion. It's very easy for me to guide u to Shiaism, but it wont be the right thing to do. Hence do a detailed research.

Religions are all a way to reach god with varying sets of practices.....

 anyways dude... this place is not the best place for what you are seeking..

by the end of this post thread..u will be a multi-religious, multi-cultural, all knowing sacred being.....anyways...u want to follow a religion because you want to settle down, so you are asking for advice...

man i think you need to work this out on your own!!! there are some battles in life that no one can fight for you !!! (ie )1. religion, 2. politics,

Even my case is similar to yours. My parents were not that religious and I too grew up that way in the society back in India. But here in Doha every1 seems to be religious(all religious), infact religion seems to be the only social gathering venue here and is a way of life.... Now trying very hard to adjust.

HEy my tip to will be to followw a liberal religion with lesser rules and constrains as you might find it difficult to adjust. And I dont think its a good idea to choose a religion just for marriage. Hold in there, you are sure to find people with your similar views..

 Even I am hoping to find some1 with my similar views when the time comes.

Good news that you are searching right path / religion. I advise you to read and try to understand ISLAM. ISLAM is the only religion which gives a complete way of life. Pray to Al Mighty Allah to show you right path. Insha Allah you will find a right path and that will change all your life not only in this world but the life hereafter. In Qatar, there is some very good organizations who can give understanding of ISLAM like Fanar Qatar, Dr. Bilal Philip is also nice scholar, who can guide you. Best of Luck. I pray for you.

Why do you need a religion??....... remain as a law abiding citizen and one can't go far wrong. I'm sure even atheists are looked after come the day. If you are actively seeking religion beware it doesn't take over your life or lead you down the garden of brainwashing...........good luck!

Mate I think first of all, you need to check what is the priority, the women our the right religion to find the woman.....

Try to learn about Rastafarism, is a good one and not so exigente like many others...

Teach to respect the human kind, with equality, frindship and kindness....

mhen , u woulda practised ur childhood religion cos it would help  u to know how to differentiate from that and the other ones. Now u dont have a practical background of any religion , its gonna b tough. in my opinion, i think u can search the religons n find one that is most peaceful or the one u feel most comfortable with. I assure u if u wanna go into details to get into one religion , u'd never b satisfied with the answer. I have a religion i practise , but damn religions r complicated issues. Pray to "God", just call him "God " n i believe d right one will def. answer.

I think you should pray to God.

Which first requires the belief that

1. God exists

2.) that he created all of us

3.) that he is a single entity worthy of all our worship

4.) that we do not worship anything else besides the one true God

5.) That he loves you.. and you should return his love truly from our heart

So pray and ask God to guide you to the right path. Because he would not have created us to leave us destitute and without guidance!

And know that the world could not have happened by coincidence. And we have no right to claim ourselves as God.

If u know so u should not be silent and u should speak about that , i.e

ISlam.be brave .

I know that which is the rightpath.....and I have asked the Creator to guide him to the HIS right path.

The Almighty Allah is the one who give guidance...human can preach and teach only....

Right now, you defiantly follow-up any one religion. If u want to change then u have to study silently then make ur own decision. All religion is on right path. No one education for war, false, frauds, religion always spreading peace and love. This issue is rather sensitive..

I would say, try to find out which is the truth yourself by learning more about every religion and see which one you truly believe. Everyone will tell you what they believe in is the truth right path but it is better for you to decide yourself after the researching and learning.

I will say that the religion is ISlam , as its a right path , and specially our ambition in life is to spend life with islamic rules and regulation.
