There are many fake things from China - but not fruits :O)
Why don't you eat fruit and vegetables instead?
You can get them from places that sell supliments like GNC (there is a GNC in City Centre).
Vitamins and suplements are pretty expensive in Qatar. I ordered a years supply of multivitamin from Amazon - it's much cheaper.
I guess you never tried going in to any pharmacy but chose to put your query at QL. Just make some efforts from your side also and you will get to see more of this world.
