Top Euro 2020 contenders to play mini-tournament in Doha next month
Football fans in Qatar are in for another mega treat as four of the top Euro 2020 contenders gear up to participate in a mini-tournament slated to take place in Qatar next month.
The inaugural edition of the Qatar Airways International Cup will see Portugal, Croatia, Belgium and Switzerland lock horns with each other ahead of the Euro 2020 tournament.
Croatia, who are World Cup runners-up, are set to compete with the Swiss on March 26.
The following day will witness the clash between Belgium and leading European champions Portugal, where Cristiano Ronaldo would be chasing his 100th international goal.
On March 30, Switzerland will compete with Belgium, followed by a clash between Croatia and Portugal.
Switzerland are in Group A, Belgium in B, Croatia in D and Portugal in Group F at the Euro 2020.
