Booking movies with Q-tickets is broken?

I recently attempted to purchase tickets for a movie through Q-Tickets, but every time i put in my credit card information i was forwarded to a screen that says Error. Little did i know that i was being charged for every attempt without getting a reciept or anything. Has anyone had this experience and how do i resolve it?

I also keep tring to contact Q-Tickets customer service but no one is responding to me. Its very frustrating..

I don't know if it will work, but since you have an evidence that your link is broken, and that you are not being able to book / confirm your tickets, I suggest you call your bank helpline number, and request to withdraw transactions previously made for this website. If the bank can help, im sure you will feel better :)

You are not the only one. Many are in trouble and losing money this way.
