Poor services by ooredoo and vodafone
I recently changed from vodafone to ooredoo hoping to have a better customer care service experience . But Alas !!! The customer care services of ooredoo are WORSE than vodafone . In vodafone at least they reply to your calls but in ooredoo you cannot tallk to a customer care exeecutive even after holding your phone for half an hour. Believe me , I have been trying to talk to them since the past 3 days , calling them day and at night but nobody pick the phone till now. They take pride that they are providing high quality services But these are worst services . Qatar has the worst telecom operators who provide bullshit services even after charging exorbitantly . even worse than developing countries ..

VERY CHEEP SERVICE BOTH COMPANY. TELEPHONE SERVICE IS IN UGANDA IS BETTER THAN QATAR. REALLY. VODAFONE, OOREDOO NEED MONEY ONLY, THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY NO NEED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
I like the word they are charging exorbitantly , compared to other countries here the charges are huge. That means the other countries are using cheap Chinese systems and charging less or here the ooredoo and Vodafone are using better Swiss/ French made telecom systems.
They earned the extremely poor service award at every service they provided. eg .. fiber optic net connction, mozaic and all their service they have...
I have been facing such problems..contact them via twitter..they will surely call you. :O
