Vodafone Service In Qatar

Did any one knows about Vodafone Service Quality in Qatar?
I will spot a light on it here today that is relevant to me.
I had recharge a Internet Voucher in December last year amount of Qr.20 .
As I put recharge Pin after dailing *127*..........# or other waht ever the recharge number, tge system has accepted Pin within nano second, I was surprised to see the service.
Then I have checked my credit I was worried to see the data plan didn't credit to my number.
I wait 5,10,20,30,60 minuts then I dailed customers service of Vodafone.
a man speaks like This is ------ How may I assist you, I explained him my matter and then he replied sir SORRY FOR THE CONVENIENSE let me check my system then I can better guide you.
Then he told me sir there is some problem for recharge of Qr.20 Internet vouchers so you have to wait 24-48 hrs.
and I will forwarded your complaint to my Supervisor and your issue will be solved as soon as.
Thenn I call again after 3 days same story officer told me.
Then 4 days, then 7,15,30 days same answers to me.
Serval time different officers named Pooja ChanChal etc talked to me and said we can only send your complaint to our Supervisor,
Last time I speaks to miss Chanchal I won't accept your sorry your sorry has been rejected.
She told me we will try to credit your amount in your prepade account with in 24 hrs.
And from tgat day untill I never call to Vodafone for my data voucher.
Unfortunately, I got a postpaid line of Vodafone. I have never ever seen such a bull shit service from any mobile operator. Believe me, till now I am not able to make one minute of international call :( But I have to use this line for at least 3 months and I can't close the line before 3 months.
I am tired of calling Customer Care each time. Now just waiting for time to close the line. No use of calling Customer Care, you will not get any help from them.
@motiv8er and Arian; be it 1 riyal or 1 million riyal cheating is cheating, i have my own experience with voda for an amount of Qrs. 1000 which they couldnt solve for 6months
Even their service centers are not linked and they do not have proper data base.
In short. Vodafone is the worse service in qatar. They do not even have proper network in industrial area. Ooredoo is the best so far although I won't give both service providers 100%
@AhmedJhan- people who park their cars outside the city center to save the 5 QR complains about the value of 20riyals... LOL!!
@Motiv8er ... 20 isn't alot, but if they take it from like 100 customers then its 2000. And it's still hard earned money!
OMG.... did u really loose that 20? That's alot.
