ADLSA sponsor change error

Hi.

For my new Sponsor Change recently I applied my New sponsor changing application through the ADLSA system. But I couldn't upload it because it showed "Error Massage" as below. Even though I haven't uploaded it before.

"YOU'VE A REQUEST IN PROGRESS. YOU CAN NOT USE THE E SERVICE"

I tried to contact 16008. 109 and 40288888 also no one solve my issue.

I sent email to adlsa but I still didn't receive any updates.

** I SOLVED THIS ISSUE**
