Family visit visa

Dear all,

I applied family visit visa on 14th July 2021,at 31stjuly 2021 my visa status shown as 'Missing doc' as 1.dependent visa 2.Birth Certificate 3.Travel inbound outbound Ticket 4.Health Insurance. So I planned to upload these documents but suddenly my Visa status changed as underprocess.. today 08th aug2021 I visited garaffa Immigration and get the token from reception waited for 30min and I explained my query to captain he said missing doc of travel ticket and insurance. So he cancelled my previous application and told me to create new application so I uploaded again my marriage certificate, Salary certificate,Travel ticket,Travel insurance, passport copy of visitor etc. Those whose status under process for long time go and visit there
