HOW TO PROCESS CONDITIONAL RESIDENCY FOR MY WIFE

Hi all! Hoping that i would finally get a good answer from this site.

Here's my situation, I want to process my wife's QID. We have already undergone the medical tests and was referred to TB Clinic for further investigations. After which, we have already finished the investigations and were told by the physician that we can process her QID. We went to gharaffa immigration, from there, the problem starts. I dont know which section i will go. some are telling me to go to gate no. 3. upon going to gate no. 3, they told us to go to gate no. 2.

My question is, what is the correct process in applying for mt wife's QID? We have received a message from MOPH that we are requested to go to ministry of interior for completion of the conditional residency. That's why we went to gharaffa immigration right away. but failed to process her QID. :(

Anybody got the same issue? Anybody who has the same situation before?
I need help.
