Metrash2 - Waiting duration for family resident visa application

Hi,

Sorry if I double posting the same issue. Just wondering, how long is the waiting time after we submitted the family resident visa application thru Metrash2?

I've subbmited my application thru Metrash2 on 6th July but due to Eid holiday it has been delayed for a week. Status changed from "Under Process" to "Under Review" on 17th July till now.
