NEW NON QID EMPLOYEE REQUIRE EXIT PERMIT (HURUJ) IF HE IS LEAVING THE COUNTRY AFTER 01 MONTH OF JOINING AND ENTRY BAN LATER ?

I am looking for an expertise and real answer to the below concern. Appreciate if any one can provide a clear answer.

One of my friend came to Qatar on an employment visa after completing all the visa procedure at QVC including the Contract signing. However, after arriving here, he have some issue with the employer. Now he is thinking about going back ! Still he is not converted to QID.

Question:

1. If he is leaving the country after 01 month of arrival, does he required an Exit permit from the employer ?

2. Does he have any re-entry ban thereafter (Can come in new visa ?)

Please provide clear answer and guide pls.
