Application Status Deferred - Family Visit Visa

Hey Guys,

Just to share my experience with Metrash where the application isn't intellegent enough to hand various name format.

I have applied the family visit visa for my family and my son application have been deferred as the stated "Wrong Entered Name / DATA"

However my wife visit visa changed to "Under Process" and all because of the passport naming format is different.

To avoid any complication, please follow the below:

-> If your passport have only single line of name, please follow the how the passport name format.

    E.g If your passport name shows chan weng hong where your family name is Chan and you input      Weng Hong Chan, your application will be deferred. The correct format is Chan Weng Hong

-> If your passport have separated field for first name, middle name & last name, please key in accordingly First Name + Middle name + Last Name
