On Arrival Visa Inquiry for Family

Hi Friends,

I have valid QID &Commercial Bank Credit Card. I am planning to bring My Family (Wife and Two daughters) on Christmas holidays on On Arrival Visa to Qatar from India. They have Indian passport (minimum 6 month validaty). They will be staying with me, trip will be for 10 days and will have valid return ticket on Indigo Airlines. They will be carrying a copy of my QID and Credit Card, Also My wife will carry her Debit Card and QAR. 5000/- Cash

Do i need any other documents other than this?
