Exit permit for baby

I have my 5 month old daughter here. She already have qatar id. She is under her mother sponsorship. My wife is on company visa, not under my sponsorship. We are planning to to go vacation next month. Do we need an exit permit for my daughter? Is that something that can be done thru Metrash app? Coz also, my wife's mobile number ia under my name, so I cant activate Metrash on her phone. Please advise.

Yes, I think it does but check with the immigration people to be sure. Visit any of their offices in Doha and talk to the captain. They are very friendly, cooperative, understanding and helpful people.
Thanks. just another question: Can i renew my daughter's ID yearly even without actual re-entry? Say we will leave our daughter in our country for time being. Does the rule on residence permit being cancelled if person will be out of Qatar for more than 6 months also applies to kids?
