Expired Entry Visa

Hi everyone, I'm Gerard. I applied for family resident visa for my family and was approved last February this year. I already bought plane ticket for my family. When the Covid-19 broke out, all travels going to Qatar was put on hold. The validity of the entry visa for my family got expired just recently. Can anyone give any advice on this matter. Just follow the advice the goodlittleboy said, you should also remember to apply for an entry permit for them to enter the country.

I've read a lot about resident visas and QIDs getting expired while being outside Qatar and the policy about it but I have'nt heard or read anything about what to do if your entry visa got expired while the travel ban is in effect. Thanks for the advice goodlittleboy.

Take a copy of the visa and the tickets to any passport & immigration office in Doha. Meet the captain and explain to him the situation. He will help you out.
