Extension of On Arrival Visa for Indians

I am a female and pregnant. My parents in law (aged approx. 70 years) are already scheduled to visit Qatar to take care of me. They are coming on 16 Nov and their return ticket is on 22 Dec. With the news of no-extension beyond 30 days, we are worried as their return ticket on 36th Day was already booked. Neither they have a credit card in their name, nor my husband (working in Qatar with QID) has a credit card. I do have credit card in my name, but i am a female and their daughter in law. What are our options to have them stay till 22 Dec as already scheduled and not rebook their tickets within 30 days.

Please find below what he had:
1) Hotel booking for 3 days (Which had free cancellation... I cancelled after he arrive)
2) Debit card in his Name
3) Return ticket with 1 month gap
4)Passport valid for more than 6 months
Airport immigration in India asked for Both Hotel booking and Debit Card.....
In Qatar Immigration they asked which hotel you will be staying ? He quickly told the hotel name and they stamped visa for one month. (He had print out of Hotel booking..but they didnt ask for it)
Luckily I was able to extend visa for 2 Months.

If the person is having all the required docs then no need to be worried at all.
There is a system in place , it is not a lottery or a game type thing.
Rohit, Only booking is required in the guest's name, that is all.
@NoEtymology please do share your experience once your parents arrive in Qatar. Were they required to show a hotel booking? Do we need to show 'Paid" hotel booking or just a confirmation is enough?

I have sympathy for you. Next time take guidance from a professional visa docs office. Being upset won't resolve an already spoiled situation ................. ............

@Molten Metal, i think you are on a wrong forum, this isn't a philosophical discussion. Also, I don't have my uncles sitting at immigration who would allow me special concession to have my family overstay in Qatar free of cost. All of us here are trying to find a solution within the legal and permissible boundaries. I feel absolutely no need to respond to your nonsensical comments anymore and reporting you.
There is no excuse for your lack of info on Credit Cards etc .....
If the rule is changed still you MUST follow it.

Hi, I can understand the Credit Card issue. What about the accommodation? How can they get a hotel confirmation if they are going to stay with the family, son and daughter in law?

for family visit visa. you can apply through metrash2 application. no approval required from employer

as per information in moi website, credit card become mandatory.
As far as i concerned even though our home country clear immigration there are chances you may face problem in qatar immigration.
Please may plan accordingly, as per my knowledge its better to postpon the ticket and apply for family visit visa. Or the traveller should get credit card and hotel reservation for one month free visit visa. Please may check following link moi for the requirement

@mithun21683, can we do it ourselves or do we need any approvals from our employer for it?
Or apply visit visa for them.
