Family Visa

Hello, I just want to inquire if i resigned from my current job here in qatar without finishing the contract, i will be banned for 2 years right?

Can i go back under family visa and work here in qatar?

My employer does not give any NOC.

You can come back on family visa but work visa can't be proceed....or else tell your future company to make business visas every 6months..

so the 2 year ban will not affect me if I come back under Family visa after a week? I can still look for a job under family visa then transfer it to work visa?
