Family Visit visa application shows "Under Progress"

Hai dear friends...I am facing an issue with family visit visa. I had applied through metrash 12 days back and still it shows application "under progress". Because of this issue I had to extend my flight ticket to one week and now I had to do it again. Did anybody faced the same issue? And I want to know that how many days I have to wait. Can anybody support over this issue? It would be great help. Thanks.

Update: On the 13th day I got confirmation. Some of my friends got it within 3 days.

i applied for resident permit for my family through metrash but for last 1 month under process

11th days over and still no update for the application. Really total time waste. I need to goto immigitation office now.

Visit visa applied through Metrash2 app should be approved in maximum 2 days. Kindly go to immigration office and ask for clarification. Its waste of time waiting.
