FAMILY VISIT VISA STILL SHOWING UNDER PROCESS (8DAYS CoMPLETED)

I have applied family visit visa for my wife through metrash2 , but it is showing under process since last 8 days. I visited immigration 2 times to enquire about the issue, the captain said 'It will be ready please wait, may be the problem is high volume of applications'

My application's last number is 5239, and I checked 5240,5241........5245.. All got approved in 3 days. me doesn't :(..

what will I do now.. Please help..

I went to Gharafa immigration again, and they said you have to apply manually and they cancelled my application. They are not saying what's the reason for the issue.
