Fingerprint result delay

We've done our maid's medical commission on the day she arrived to doha and the result was released after 2 days. We also did her finger print procedure 3 days back but still no SMS was delivered. Now I have prepared the application form from the MOI page *RP Application Tracking & Printing section* filled with the required details as needed but on the top of the form it says "complete fingerprint procedure before visiting expatriate affairs dept." Now my question is; Once I received the SMS from Metrash and I submit the previous application form which I have prepared with the comment written "complete fingerprint procedure before visiting expatriate affairs dept." is there gonna be discrepancy from the application form I will submit? or Its just the same and no issue even it says "complete fingerprint procedure before visiting expatriate affairs dept." since on the top of the application there is bar code. I just want to make sure what will be the outcome if I will submit the application form. Thank you
