Help required for ON ARRIVAL VISA to visit Qatar

I've been trying to visit Qatar for a month. Due to some strigent new rules i'm unable to visit. I've a credit card, Passport validity is not a problem. Only hotel booking which is mandatory as per niew rule is big issue.

Is there anyone, who can help me on this subject...

Please check earlier posts. Someone with a similar situation, (Hotel booking) was advised to give details of relatives they would be staying with during their stay in Qatar.
