How to extend family visit visa?

My wife has arrived a week ago or so and she wants to stay with me for 3 months. How can we extend her visit visa for another 2 months? Does she need to do medical examination? I would really appreciate if you could provide some information.

Let her go back ....... as per the original plan ......... your career will suffer ................ think for long term impact .........................

Go for medical test in messamier, get the receipt and being it to immigration. pay the required amount (200 per month when i did my application before) done. :) hope this help
