How to know the application status of visa profession change

Dear All.

I have submited an application for visa profession change with all required documents and forms on last monday(19-02-2018).Unfortunately I didn't receive any sms or update. If any one knows how to get the updated information its approved or not. usually howmany days needed for processing or there is any way to check the status kindly reply.
