new born visa process
my daugther (born in qatar) is turning 2 months this Sept. 10. What is the maximum period before the penalty starts? Is it 3 months? My wife and I are on different sponsor (company). and when i asked immigration, they said the baby should be under my wife. My Salary is 8000, my wife's is 4500. They gave me a long list of requirements. Mostly all are with me now.

2. NOC letter mentioning Job and Salary. Orig.
3. Employement/Labor Contract. Copy. Attested my MOL.
4. Marriage Cert. Copy. Attested by MOFA.
5. Education Cert. Copy. Attested by MOFA.
6. Birth Cert of Children. Copy. Attested by MOFA.
7. House/Lease Contract. Copy Attested by Baladiya.
8. Bank Statement of 6 months Salary. Orig.
9. Passport and QID of Sponsor. Copy.
10. Passport/ Travel Doc of Incomer. Copy.
*****Additional requirements if Mother is sponsoring child.*****
11. NOC letter from Husband. Orig.
12. Salary Letter of Husband mentioning Job and Salary. Orig.
13. Labor Contract of Husband. Copy. Attested my MOL.
14. Education Cert of Husband. Copy. Attested by MOFA.
15. Bank Statement of 6 months Salary of Husband. Orig.
no problem u will get visa. only after 3 months penalty will start.if one or two documents missing dont worry tell to captain your issue they will accept
If wife and husband under different sponsors can husband sponsor the new born baby.
