I am working in PVT sector with an unlimited contract since Apr 2017. Now i got the offer from Public sector and will go for Cancellation and come back on new visa.
Do i need the NOC Letter from current company in order to come back .
I joined on 2018 march and I have unlimited contract, please anyone clarify me if I go cancel, I can able to come back with new work visa? Plssssssssss confirm me
@angelo. Yes i have 5 years contract and my company terminates me because of end of project. They will cancel my visa land labour contract. In this case do i need noc or any other paper from company.
Skaffan, do not jump just yet. you already have the Visa, great if not, then confirm with the authorities. As you say, you have an unlimited contract since Apr17, I am not sure, but I think unlimited contract means you have to complete 5 years with your current sponsor.
Also, if you scan post in the past month, you will find, one person had a job in the private sector and got a job in the public sector, however, he could not take the public sector job as it can be done by a local. so basically he jumped into fire.
