Normally how many days required to get passport' for new born baby and how many here allowed to stay .

If you're from India you can speed track the process in ICC.

Newborns must be registered at the Women’s Hospital. There will be paper work and necessary documentation required, then you will be provided with the baby’s birth certificate. Use this to apply for a passport for the baby at your embassy - depending on your embassy this can take minimum three days to up to two weeks.
