Qatar name system only accepts 5 names.

I would like to seek your help.

My brother was scheduled to fly from Manila to Qatar last Saturday, but Qatar airways didn't allow him on board the flight because on their system (under QATAR)

his name is in 5 names (they omitted the space in his surname).  His actual full name is 6 separate names. Filipinos have lengthy surnames, and usually 2 names.

His actual name in his passport and Qatar working visa goes like this:

1. first name/ 2. second name/ 3. middle name(mother's surname)/ 4-6 surname (however his surname is cut into 3 - De la Cruz). So a total of 6 names.

The employer in Qatar already initially advised Qatar embassy not to include his middle name since middle names are not required in Qatar, but they (embassy) insisted to include it, however in doing so, omitted the space in his surname just to fit the Qatar 5 name requirement, it became Dela Cruz instead of De la Cruz.  Unfortunately, because of this when he was at the check in counter in Manila, they did not accept it, and said they will be charged if they let him board. On the system it is reflecting Delos Reyes. 

His working visa correctly reflects the name on his passport, but on the Qatar system just because it only allows 5 names, and they omitted the space, they are not allowing him. He is unable to fly and work.  

He has worked in Qatar before and didn't encounter the same issue then. He went home around 2014, after 4 or so years he is returning to work legally and with a working visa already, yet he is suddenly encountering this issue.   Any help will be appreciated, we really need it.Thank you!
