Resigned but the Company is Not cancelling my RP- want to get transferred on Husband Sponsorship

I had been working with one of the school in Qatar and due to some medical emergencies I had to resign from the school - Now I am on the school's RP (Expiring - March 2020) and want to get it cancelled or transferred it to my Husband Visa.

But school is denying saying that its not in policy of school to cancel the resigned employee RP or rules of the school.

Had been continously requesting and visiting thier HO for this to cancel my RP but no positive response, They aren't even allowing me to put my points / reasons for getting my RP transfer

What can be done in this situation ?

What post my RP expiration ?

azam30057262q: First, you should have put your issue on a separate post rather than use a post of another person which is on a totally different subject.

Second, if you are sure someone is involved in a criminal act and that may also be a matter of safety to many residents of an area, you can always report the matter to the police. Put in a written report in Arabic to the police at the Central Police Station located at Crazy signal and they will take action against the illegal activity. You must state your name, QID number and your mobile phone number on your complaint letter.

Hello everyone,

I was working in a company for 13 months during the time I had a small fight with a man he does always misbehave with staffs and does many illegal things , after the fight he alleges that I was trying to assault him and informed the owner of the company . Owners of the company Without listening to me or other people or seeing the video footage ordered to cancel my visa then i argued for NOC or will go with legal process. Then he gave me one month notice and said I will be transferred to another country I said ok and I did not find any job here. They had given me visit visa also for Kuwait. When month end and I have signed on all documents for full n final settlement one day before notice period they said no need to go Kuwait take your NOC . My question is if they don’t need in Kuwait why they didn’t tell me beginning of the month I would find New job here ?

So I want to make a complain

Where can I report for an illegal company operating from a residential villa. They rented villa for residents but no established office and factory and I know it very well that it’s illegal I worked there. They are dealing with chemical products, flammable.and they don’t have license for manufacturing.

Yes, they will. That should be among their scope of work. They may call your school authorities also and ask them about the matter and if they find them wrong, they will ask them to set things right. You don't lose anything, so give it a try.
