Resigned before end of contract

Hi, Any info or advice on this issue would be appreciated.

My friend resigned from her job before she completed the contract. She left Qatar on the date of her ID expiry and when we checked in MOI it says ID cancelled. She wants to know if she can apply for work in Qatar again or will it be possible for her former employer to block her from getting new RP since she didn't finish old contract? Thanks for any input.
