UNLIMITED CONTRACT, NO NOC, EXIT AND COME BACK RULES

I have completed 1 year in a company and I have a new job offer. I am currently under unlimited contract and my company will not provide me an NOC. Can I exit the country and come back again under the new company visa?.....

The info provided is also what I have but was not sure and hence I did not comment earlier.
For the unlimited contract you have to have to be in that company for 5 years after which you don't need company NOC to switch over the job. Even though you have worked for 1 yr and you have to wait for 4 years to finish your contract period.
There are many experts in QL, please wait for their comments as well. my info might be outdated also.
