Business Visa Application Rejected

Hi. I am posting this for a friend since he doesnt have QL account. Anyway, he applied for a family visit visa for his brother and unfortunately it was rejected thru metrash for no any given reason. He thought that maybe his documents are not fully supported or the details were not clear especially the NSO b/c of his brother and not attested yet. So he tried to ask assistance from an agency and applied for business visa instead. Then it was again rejected. Is there any chance that his brother will be given a business visa if the agency or sponsor will apply directly in the immigration- manual process. We hope to hear from you everyone. Thank you for the response. But do you think there is still a chance of getting an approval from family visit to business visa?

First you have to check why the application was rejected in the first place. If necessary you have to go to the captain on the first floor of the Emigration office.
