Visa Cancellation

My employer didn't pay my salary so I filed a case. Then he appealed against it and now the case is finished. But instead of paying my salary he cancelled my QID. Now I need to stay to collect the money. Can I transfer to another job after my ID is cancelled? He won't give me NOC either. How long do I have to stay in Qatar after my ID is cancelled? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I guess, you could leave Qatar for a day and then return with a new visa from a new employer.

The way it looks, your employer is in no mood of paying you your salary. As per the last information I have, you can stay in Qatar up to 30 days from the date of cancellation of QID after which a penalty will be imposed on you for each extra day of stay. Suggest you report your situation to the National Human Rights Committee and seek their assistance and guidance.
