Visa Transfer Rule within if one not year completed

I would like to ask, I transferred my visa to New Company on 27/11/2020, it is my second time transfer ,I want to know whether can I change co / transfer visa to another new if I could get new better job my visa transfer period as under=

from 23-03-2018 to 30-11-2019 (Leaved due to get Good Job)
From 1-12-2020 to 26-11-2020 (Terminated due to COVID-19 Pandemic)
from 27-11-2020 to till date, (Current Sponsor) If I transferred visa on 27-11-2020, so I can change / transfer visa to another new co. is it possible?
